I came home annoyed, changed into this, and immediately felt less miserable. The red is bright without looking childish, and the sheer black mesh gives it enough contrast. I put on music, made a drink, and took my time getting ready. It sounds small, but I really needed that mood change.

I own a lot of black lingerie, so I wanted something with a little more attitude. The red flowers against the black mesh are exactly that. I put the full set on, added a robe, and immediately felt like I had a reason to make plans. The bows are a tiny detail, but they make the whole thing feel finished.

There are adjustable straps throughout, which is useful, but I did not understand the setup while I was rushing. I laid everything out on the bed, adjusted it calmly, and then it made sense. The underwire bra gave me a nice shape, and the red embroidery looked gorgeous. Four stars because my first try-on was chaotic, not because the set was.
