How should I wash and care for my lingerie?

We recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to air dry.
Avoid bleaching, tumble drying, and high heat to help extend the life of your garments.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7–15 business days.

  • In-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped within 15 business days.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location.

Do you support international shipping?

Yes, Tidouk ships to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. All orders over $10 enjoy free shipping; some remote or special regions may incur additional fees.

Where do you ship from?

We have warehouses in the USA, Germany, and Japan.

Orders from these countries will be shipped from the local warehouse first; otherwise, they will be shipped from our overseas warehouses.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for one of the following reasons:

Inventory Issues

In rare instances, an order may be cancelled due to inventory discrepancies. If this occurs, a notification will be sent to your email immediately. Please check your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders. If you haven't received an update, please contact us at social@sub.tidouk.com, and our support team will assist you within 48 hours.

Fraud Prevention & Security

For your protection, our system may automatically cancel orders if incorrect or inconsistent payment or shipping information is detected. To ensure a successful transaction, please double-check your card details before placing an order, including the billing address, expiration date, and Security Code (CVV).

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for eligible items. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and hygiene liners must be intact.
Note: For hygiene and safety, intimate apparel that has been opened or tried on is non-returnable. Please check the specific product page for details.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

What about international returns?

For our international Muses:

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Return transit times vary by country.
Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How and when will I receive my refund?

Please contact our support team at social@sub.tidouk.com with your Order Number. Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed manually within 7 business days.
